On the topic of life plans as of late, Our plan now is to save some money get an apartment next fall and also get Timmy in college next fall. I'm starting my job at the daycare here soon. I'm super excited. Colorado for Christmas this year and our Christmas presents are going to be iPhones this year, I'm reallyy excited. Pretty sure I know what I'm getting Timmy for his birthday, but more later, now for Family Guy and Sushi!

winds of change

So I like the idea of the military, whether or not its my choice in the end. I AM however losing this weight ANYWAYS! I'm canceling my gym membership and I'm going over to Aunt Karen's house where she has a treadmill and a boflex and a few other things, I'm going to journal my food intake and throw in a little weight watchers and I'm making it a vow to drink ONE GALLON of water a day. I'm starting this journey off right and I WILL do it, its just going to take a LOT of work! Starting bright and early tomorrow morning! Ü

Because I'm worth it! Whether it be because I join the military or just to get in shape I'm going to do it! I swear to you! I'm going to lose 100 lbs in one year! I just need to get everything planned! I'm going to run, I'm going to do push up and sit ups! I'm joining 3 fat chicks forum to help with talking to other women who are trying to lose weight too! I'm going to do it and it starts bright and early tomorrow morning! and a goal of 1 gallon of water a day! Wish me luck!

maybe an idea

I told you it wouldn't last long, my great life plan. Here come a new idea. What about joining the United States Air Force. I would need to lose 115 lbs to be eligible, I have no idea except to run on how to lose the weight. I think it would do me good, I could go to school. It would make a stable life for my family. I'd learn to lose my aggression through tough love with the TI's... I think I'm going to talk to my cousin Jack and Logan and see what they think.. I think I just might. It would be good pay, Great benefits, and it would help me be a healthier person. More later once I figure this out. But shh don't say anything none of my family has ANY idea that this is an idea of mine.. XD

So the other day I went to Chipotle with Sara and Caitlyn for dinner, Sara recently got her tongue pierced so I had a bit of extra time to goof off since she's eating so slowly. Had a good time!(Couldn't resist this one! If she ever sees this she'll kill me for sure!)

On another note, I am SO ready for winter. I really think we will move once we get school done with, I really would like to live in the mountains. I miss the snow terribly.

Thoughts are buzzing, blurring things

I think I think too much sometimes. I think about so many things. I think about how my choices are going to affect me later (well I might not think about that as much as I should! :] ). I think about the future I'm creating with my husband and how incredible it is to watch our world meld around what we think, say, do, and how it all just works out in the end. Sometimes I can't wait to have kids, to see how they will affect our little world we've created. I might think I've thought about it enough but I think I've figured out our current ( I say current, because I'm almost certain that it will change soon enough) life plan. I want to still do things, I want to go to Vegas! I want my wonderfully smart and talented husband to go to school! I want to go backpacking in Colorado! I want to so SNOWBOARDING! I want to lose weight! I want to experience some things. Few people know me as well as they think (here we go again with the thinking) they know me, and the few who do know I'm very impatient and overly ambitious. I think, nay, I'm pretty darn sure, that I want these things done by the time I'm 21. I want to have a young family. When I'm 22 years old Timmy will have his Associates Degree, he'll be stable in his job. He'll be 25 which means our car insurance will go down ( apparently at 25 men are more mature) I think when I'm 22 I want to be a mom, and I think while we raise a family I will take a class here and a class there, and work my way to my degree. I want to be a teacher, I want to be able to have the summers off with my children and I really love kids. So that's my plan, and whether it be here, or it be in Seattle, Wa, or Longmont, Co, or Miami, Fl, that's what I want to do with my life. So for now I'm going to work on becoming a better Samantha, I feel I'm a good wife, and Timmy a Husband BEYOND words he's such a great man. I love him so much it makes my heart feel like its going to burst. and then I think by the time we play a little we'll be ready to work on a little Renken.

Pretty Designs

So, I'm eating crunchy fried rice because I didn't let the rice absorb all the water. Still tastes fantastic though. I got my Henna Powder I've been EAGERLY awaiting for the last week. Along with my Applicator bottle, which they charged me double shipping but oh well! se la vi!

I'm waiting for a little more energy to go to the store to get some lemon juice so I can mix my powder. Then I'm going to convince Kezia to be my test dummy and play with henna on her.. lol

Last night we drove out to Eagle Pass to watch the high school football game, besides us getting SPANKED the refs we're calling dirty and favoring the other team. We had a fun ride down there(almost 3 hours from home!) and it was fun to watch Nick. The boys played good they just had too many stupid mistakes, final score was 40-23, first loss this season.

Being at the football game brought back a lot of memories though, with the band. Watching them march, critiquing the show and listening to the show tunes. It made me really miss Jayson, We used to sit together at football games and dance to the songs. Made me tear up, I'll admit.

Well I'm off to eat my rice which was scalding my mouth... lol maybe watch some stupid cartoons with Timmy on his day off...

Went shopping with Sara today got the rest of our stuff our Halloween costumes. Sara, Shane, Caitlyn, Me and Timmy are going to be The Flintstones and The Rubbles. Its gonna be fun! just a quick update, more later!

Back from Boston

So my dad and Nikki have been gone the past weekend, and Nick got her cartilage pierced. I'm so proud of her, especially if she keeps it. I've been craving a new piercing as of lately... OH good news after quitting my job I remembered a Daycare opening down the street in a building they're renting from friends of the family, I called and the lady(Cindy) sounded REALLY nice. I go in Friday at 12:30 for an application/first interview.. I'm super excited. Only a mile or so from the house. Working with little kids! well I'm gonna go watch Alice and Wonderland. Off to hunt for Popcorn...

Saturn and Uranus

So Sara ( my soon to be step-aunt-in-law) showed me a sight which has horoscopes on it, and she said it was pretty accurate. Well I read mine, and it predicted every little thing that has happened so far this month... I'm having good feelings about timmys job I have a feeling he may get offered a better job somewhere else. It predicted my quitting my job 2 days ago, and... I'm beside myself and speechless, I'll just post mine and Timmy's Horoscope.

As an Aquarius, financial negotiations don't generally fascinate you and money tends not to motivate you. Instead, you would rather direct your attention to the world of ideas and concepts, which surely does "flick the switch" of your energy and attention. Even so, money will consume a great deal of your focus in September, and financial management will take careful handling and a large measure of resourcefulness.

The full moon in Pisces on September 4 will bring a financial issue to culmination. If you had asked for a raise, you may hear back from your boss about whether or not you got it. If you are self-employed, you may have put in a bid or pitched a new client, and again, you will receive back news about that. It appears news should be positive, so you may have something you can celebrate. If you've been waiting to be paid for any reason, you should finally get the check within four days of September 4.

At this point in the month you will still feel in control of money matters. I say this for two reasons. Neptune naturally rules Pisces, and currently Neptune is traveling very close to good fortune planet Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, a condition that will continue until January.

This indicates that your income generating powers are quite strong and are being protected by Jupiter, known to bring abundance. Even if you are a Pisces who lost your job because you were downsized in this difficult economic environment, you should keep a positive outlook and attitude, for you should be able to find a new job, or else a series of side jobs to keep you afloat until you can find the perfect job for you.

Second, this full moon will be beautifully angled to transiting Mars, now in your workaday sector. This suggests that you would be able to find full time or part time jobs. The type of work you would find this month would be very similar to the level of the work you did previously, not a step up to more responsibility and a bigger title. For a better job, you would need a new moon in your tenth house of career status and fame, and that is due in mid-November.

Your outlook for finding work similar to what you've done in the past will be best at the start of the month, so if you do want to pick up more jobs, start to look right away. If someone from your past offers you a job this month, the rule of "Never take a job when Mercury is retrograde" does not apply. You CAN take the job, confident you will do well on it. In this case, Mercury will be urging you to look back to former situations to make more of them in the future - a positive action now. If you are out of work, you should think of everyone you used to work with and like. Make those calls!

Your second house of earned income and possessions will be filled with energy at this full moon September 4, so it's also possible you were also planning to buy an expensive item in the first week of the month. In that case, I would suggest that you put off all big purchases until October.

Mercury will be retrograde from September 7 to 29, building delays and difficulties in all parts of life. It is also considered a bad time to buy expensive things. You will encounter delays all month, and you and others you are interacting with may change your mind several times this month - more than once! It will be evident from the very start of the month that September is going to be a confusing month.

If you had hoped to buy a computer or car, or any other electronic item, it would be best to wait until October, but the reasons won't be obvious until then! I guess you will need to trust me on that, dear Aquarius. Mercury rules all buying and selling, but when out of phase, things break down, arrive damaged in shipping, or never bring the pleasure we expect from the item we buy. Mercury rules moving parts, so buying any sort of machine or electronic item is always particularly troublesome.

Mercury in weak retrograde position will create complications in terms of financials, the main area of your attention in September. It is considered a bad time to accept a new career position or to negotiate terms for a contract. It appears you will need more money in September, and will be eager to set new deals in place, but with so many things changing, you will need to let the dust settle.

Last month, I had posted a note that September would be a particularly difficult month because a number of cosmic storms were due to blow through all our lives from September 15 to 23. Every sign will feel those storms in different ways, but I will admit those who will feel them the most will be Virgo, Pisces, Gemini, and Sagittarius. For you, finances will be the area being affected by Uranus, Saturn, Mercury, the Sun, and new moon. You will have to do your best to steady your finances during this phase. Let me show you what I see.

The part of your chart that we need to zero in on will NOT be the financial area I just spoke about - your second house of earned income - but your other financial house of the chart, the eighth house. This is the area that covers payments to credit cards, the government for taxes, child support and alimony, division of property in a divorce, mortgage and other bank payments, insurance payments and payouts, news about financial aid that emanates from your college, commissions, royalties, and licensing fees. One or more of these areas could become a topic of debate this month.

This house would also cover credit you may have extended to other people, say, if you loaned money to a friend, or if you own a business and extend credit to certain good customers. With the prevailing energies, you may not see that money back so quickly. Keep all these areas on the top of your mind as I show you a series of aspects that will come up from September 15 to 23 and accent these types of funds in your life. You may need a contingency plan or alternate source of income, and when I show you what I see, you will know why.

On September 15, Uranus and Saturn will make a rare opposition, similar to the one they made to one another on November 4, 2008, and earlier this year, February 5, 2009. During those earlier times, however, the other planets were not clustering in Virgo and Pisces, so this month the confrontation of these two planets will be more dramatic.

The 180-degree opposition of Saturn to Uranus is a rare but highly important configuration, for prior to last November 2008, Saturn and Uranus had not met this way since April 1965 through January1967. Saturn is the planet that urges you to be conservative with money, and save, but Uranus is the planet that will urge you to be creative and resourceful, to try new ways to improve your situation. The problem is, Uranus will also coax you to be impulsive, but when it comes to money - and in an environment that the planets have set up this month - it would best to slow down and think things through. You can still experiment and try new methods of bringing in money (you must!) but you will still want to stay grounded and practical.

Actually, you will stay practical and realistic, and here's why I feel you will do fine. Uranus is your natural ruler, so with Saturn standing in the doorway, blocking Uranus' right of way, the wilder side of Uranus will be tempered and tamed. You won't be as impulsive, and you will take your time to make financial decisions, which, considering your current planetary picture, will work to your favor.

On September 17, you will reach your most difficult day of the month. Uranus will oppose the Sun, and Saturn will conjoin the Sun. The Sun in your chart rules your solar seventh house of partners, suggesting that someone whom you depend on financially and whom you partner with in a business or personal way (like your spouse, for example) will not be willing or able to come across for you. You seem to be rocked by some sort of financial news you receive on this day.

With Saturn standing next to the Sun on the very same day, September 17, you may feel stuck or temporarily limited in the ways you can solve the fix you will find yourself in. Your partner may have lost his or her job, and not be able to deliver the money you expected, or a customer of yours may go bankrupt and not pay you what they owe. If you owe taxes, you won't have much room in which to negotiate, although most people are able to set up a payment plan. There is more coming.

The very next day, there will be a new moon, September 18, in the same area of your chart, the eighth house that I detailed earlier - the area of credit and loans, taxes, and financial aid.

The eighth house is often referred to as the house of “other people’s money” and this is the area that will become thorny for you now. The new moon will allow you to formulate a new financial plan in the light of the unexpected news you had just received earlier in the week. However, with Mercury retrograde, it will be hard to formulate plans that will stick. Take your time, and don’t let anyone rush you. You can set a plan in place in October. The pressures will be high, however, in that Pluto will exert very strong pressure on Mercury, so each of us, of every sign, will feel the heat. So even though people are tapping their feet and saying, "So what do you want to do?" craft a temporary plan, but realize it will be a work in progress.

To make matters a wee bit harder, both Uranus and Saturn will go after that new moon. Saturn will conjunct the new moon of September 18, and Uranus will oppose it. I feel these aspects will force you to be very realistic, and practical, and to let go of any wishful thinking. If you've been hoping against hope that your best friend will come around and pay you the five hundred dollars you loaned her, that will be unlikely, at least for now. What makes September so difficult is that reality will bite and we will all need to read the handwriting on the wall. There will be no room for fantasy.

Here's the good news you are not expecting. Beginning in mid-January 2010 you will have Jupiter in Pisces in your financial sector, helping you regain your balance and help set you on a firm financial footing. That does not mean you can simply ignore the aspects of this month, for that is not the way the universe works - you are meant to learn something form the events of the month. Take steps to baton down the hatches and set up a firmer foundation for your financials. If you do, you will have a remarkable opportunity to create lasting security.

There will be one more difficult financial day to get through - September 23, when your ruling planet, Uranus, will oppose Mercury. Mercury is generally thought of as the planet of news, and with an opposition to Mercury, the news is not likely to be exactly what you had hoped to hear.

For example, you may be told your insurance company doesn't plan to pay for something you feel that they should, and may later have to appeal the decision. Another example could be that a check you need may be late, and try as you may, you may not be able to shake it free. If you expected to be given a fat commission, the amount in the check may be less than you had hoped.

Everyone, of every sign, will be grappling with these same realities. With such draining aspects due at mid-month, you will need to do all you can to keep yourself healthy. Although you will be very busy at work, try adding more exercise to your routine, as Mars' position suggests physical activity would make you feel calmer and help you think more clearly.

With Mars hitting the degree of the July 7 eclipse on September 18-19, you may hear of someone who is in the hospital and want to help that person. As you see, with so much to do in September, you will need to stay healthy, too!

With four planets in your eighth house, I would be remiss if I did not mention that there is a small possibility that you may decide to have dental work or surgery this month. It is likely something you would elect to do, should it come up, but I will underscore that there is only a small possibility that you will need surgery.

The very best time to schedule your procedure would be in late month, after September 23, but if an urgent situation arises, go with the flow. I am spitting tiny hairs when I talk about choosing the end of September for your surgery. Anytime is a good time to take steps to ensure health!

Romantically, I will be honest, September won't likely be a month filled with thrilling, carefree moments. I feel you will be so consumed with money negotiations and reactions to financial developments that you won't likely be much in the mood to socialize. You will be busy attending to urgent situations, and scheduling romantic interludes may not make it to the top of your agenda. Still, October should be quite wonderful, so you only need to wait four short weeks!

Having Venus in Leo will be a wonderful boost from September 1 to 20, however, for if you are attached, Venus will make sure your relationship is supportive and fun when you are together.

If you are single, you may want to keep in mind that Mercury rules your love sector, so the fact that it is retrograde suggests that you may want to try to reconcile with a sweetheart from your past. Why not? It's a good idea.

Summary

Your office will be unusually busy in September, so you'll have to be ready to hit the ground running the moment the month begins. Sneaking in time to go on Twitter or check updates on Facebook won't exactly make you popular with your boss. You'll be under the gun to get work done, and that will take all your self-discipline and concentration. See the bright side. The fact that much business is being done this month suggests that your company will be doing well - and you will, too.

Financial matters will require a lot of handling. At first, you’ll feel that you have everything under control. This new moon will mark one of the toughest new moons of the year, for you will have to face things as they are, not as you wish they could be. Yet this new moon will be your friend too, for it will help you plot out a realistic financial plan that you can follow, and will help you fulfill bigger life dreams in the future.

The part of the chart that the new moon will emphasize will be on credit, mortgages, insurance, and other type financial matters that come under the general category of "other people's money." If your credit rating is your most prized possession, you will find ways to protect and strengthen it now for the future. You will also find prudent way to realize a major financial goal.

When you are tired of working with your calculator, turn away for a diversion. Consider taking up a new sport, one that would give you pleasure and relaxation, and bring the bonus of better fitness. With energetic Mars traveling through Cancer during September, you would really get into the swing of your new activity. Working out will help clear your mind and bring you back refreshed. Later, when the Sun enters Libra from September 22 onward, it looks like you'll enjoy having a partner to join you to ratchet up the fun even more. Tennis anyone?

Timmy's:

Professional interests, finances, and a major real estate or housing situation will take top billing in September. Although you will be intent on moving to make decisions and get plans set, with Mercury retrograde all month in your career sector and a rather intense series of planetary storms due to thunder through our lives from September 15 to 23, you will do best to be patient and wait until October to make your key decisions. For now, be patient and wait until the clouds part and the Sun comes out again.

Indeed, it would be best to passively go with the flow, which is something you will rarely hear me say. To force others to state their decisions and press them to form agreements with you in September would be to go against the natural order of things. During the coming month, certain information will come to light that may make you reconsider a position you adopted earlier, so bide your time. The things that now may look so solid will more likely be filled with flaws or subject to setbacks.

As September dawns, you will need to attend to a home or real estate question, activity, or family-related relationship that will need your full attention at the full moon, September 4, plus or minus four days. This full moon will be in Pisces and light your house of home. You may be moving, renovating, repairing, decorating, entertaining, or may experience a change in terms of the number of people who share your space at home - such as if a roommate or child moves out, or a relative moves in, for example.

It appears you are in need of money to make things happen and you may need to spend quite a large sum this month as result. No worries. Mars will be friendly to this full moon, so it appears you'll get the money you need. This money may be a new mortgage, refinance plan, or home improvement loan. You will also be putting charges on your credit card as the planetary picture at the moment shows balances rising rapidly. You appear to be managing your finances as best you can, and the spending you have been doing seems necessary.

One parent, more likely your mother, may take all your attention at this time, or you may have a number of house guests over that weekend, September 4 plus or minus four days. This full moon will fall over the Labor Day weekend in the United States, a time many people take a three-day holiday at a resort or in the mountains. You seem to be staying home, for too much will be going on there to risk going away.

Troublesome aspects will arrive at mid-month, and the first indication will come on September 15, when Saturn will oppose Uranus. These two planets will cut across your tenth house of career status and fourth house of home - both represent key places in your chart - and challenge you to consider how to update and make changes in your career and your living situation.

Your home will get the most energy from this configuration, because Uranus, "the great awakener" as it is called by astrologers, will be in the house ruling home and family. Saturn and Uranus will only meet like this only approximately every 40 years, so this configuration is rare. They last time these two planets met in opposition it was from 1965 to 1967.

In your time, you saw the first opposition of these two planets last November 4, 2008, which was Election Day in the United States, and on February 5 of this year. It is happening again now, September 15, and will only occur two more times next year, on April 26 and July 26, 2010.

This aspect will simply ask you to consider your present living situation and to make adjustments in the light of changes you have made in your lifestyle lately. For example, do you now live too far from your work? Or, if you have been unemployed, is there another city you would like to move to in order to find better job opportunities? Or, are you expecting a baby? Do you want to put in a home office? Does your home need repairs that you might be able to do yourself? If you have a roommate, is the relationship working? There are some of many possible questions that you may be finding answers for near September 4.

The job of Uranus is to ask you to innovate in the light of recent or imperceptible, gradual changes that have taken place in your life. In months like this, Uranus will sweep out anything he deems not constructive or viable for your future.

September 17 could turn out to be your hardest day of the month and that will be true for almost everyone. It's not a day to schedule anything of importance, for on this day, Uranus opposes the Sun, setting up the possibility for unexpected, difficult news involving your home or a family member. On the same day, Saturn will conjunct the Sun, increasing the chance that you'd get depressing career news.

Saturn will demand that you regain your balance and stay calm, objective, and above all, very practical. That won't be easy, because you'll be dealing with developments that you had not expected. I cannot remember any time when Uranus opposed the Sun on the same day that Saturn conjunct the Sun. These are heavy aspects that when taken separately can be managed more easily, but when taken together become a bit overwhelming.

A situation concerning a publishing or broadcasting project, or a relationship or project involving foreign country or people based overseas, will become a blinking light in your life that will need your instant attention. The level of drama in your life will be reaching heights you've not seen in a long time, and doubly so if your birthday falls between December 14 and 22. This may be good, however, in that things you've put off or ignored now will come roaring for attention, and you will give them that, for you will have little choice but to do so.

The universe won't give you as much as a day to catch your breath, for tough aspects will keep barreling forward.

On September 18, just one day later, the new moon in Virgo will arrive. Uranus will oppose the moon, adding volatility and sudden shifts to a career situation, and Saturn will conjoin the moon, a rather sobering aspect that will force you to face certain facts. You will have to take a situation "as is" and not necessarily assume it will improve without your involvement. If you have to take a loss in order to move forward, you will - simply to stop a bad situation from getting any worse.

The moon in your chart rules money that you get from others, such as banks, credit card companies, investors, and venture capitalists, so your thinking will be drawn to money matters and developments that are surfacing on this day and the days that will follow this new moon.

To add more to September 18, on this day transiting Mars in Cancer will exactly oppose the degrees of the July 7 eclipse in Capricorn, triggering news from the July 7 eclipse. If you didn't hear anything in July about a key money matter (or even if you did), you will likely hear something about a financial matter near this date of September 18. There will be more news. You need to allow approximately three days on either side of this date for this aspect to unfold. My point is this: All these aspects are piling up on top of one another to send a very clear message that things are changing and it's time to see the new landscape and make plans to not only survive but to grow in it.

Money will certainly be top of mind, and that would be true even if there were not eclipses hitting this area of your chart. I say that because Mars has begun to tour your eighth house, suggesting that if you need money to fund a large goal, you will make getting that money a top priority.

Eighth house money, which is so highlighted in your chart, tends to represent not steady money as you would get as salary or money you have saved and put aside, but rather a one-time chunk of cash that is often outside the usual reserves. Eighth house money is "other people's money" that is given to us, most often for a specific purpose, such as to start or advance a business; pay college tuition; or to buy, improve, or refinance a house. Sometimes it represents money we are given in a divorce settlement, as child support, or money paid by an insurance company, or if we are named in someone's will. This is where your attention will be riveted and where you can expect some sudden developments.

The new moon on September 18 will ask you to state a plan for your career, but I can't imagine how you could do that with the road ahead so unclear. You will have to wait until October to make final plans, but you can begin to make a list of what must be done. Mercury rules your solar tenth house of career, but until Mercury is out of retrograde, nothing you negotiate will stick, so you must not make commitments in September, for they will only have to be renegotiated later. Get Skinny..

So my new plan is to lose some.. well a lot of weight. I want to be healthy and I want to look good and I want to be able to fit into "not plus sized" clothing, I've been going to the Gym for 2 weeks almost everyday(working on everyday just some days its hard to drag myself outta bed) and since this started I've lost 3 lbs. I know its not a lot but to me its a shedding of a lot to come. My big goal is to lose 140 lbs. by next summer before we go on our cruise for my father-in-laws wedding. I want to be bikini ready.. and its SO totally possible. I just have to work and now with no job looks like I'll have SO much more time to do that.. Speaking of jobs, I'm going out this weekend to look for a new job. I didn't do so hot this morning at the gym because I was still pretty bummed about yesterday so hopefully Monday will show better results. I'm so proud of Timmy, he works so hard at the gym and at everything really. I love him so much. He's the best thing that has ever happened to me.. well I'm off to take a nap. Car shopping today with Sara, Lunch at Wasabi and then some much needed alone time with my baby tonight..

Let's go on a new adventure

Lets start a story... or in my sisters words, "shh guys, Story Time!"

Yesterday I received a text message from my boss saying I needed to report for my first hour of work at another center so help with a body shortage. I say not a problem oblige and continue on with my day.

Today rolls along, I wake up at 8:30 in the morning, I go to the gym and have the BEST workout I've had thus far. I ran my little heart out on the elliptical, petaled to Bandera and back on a stationary bike and then proceeded to attempt to take yet another exhilarating run on the elliptical. Today was already going fantastic. I felt so alive and awake after my workout. I came home took a nice long shower, shaved my legs and even put on makeup, did I mention, today was gonna be a really good day.

I arrive 10 minutes early to work to make a good impression on a store I've never worked at before. I make my way to the computer to clock in, and I look behind me and see my boss, Jason standing there. I was taken away a bit and felt a little awkward but started towars the jobs on the tables to start getting work done.

Instead of heading to the production tables, Jason beckons me to the back door, and outside to the basement where meetings and training classes are held. At this point I feel nervous and suspicious. I walk in a I see a man I've never met before. He introduces himself as our new Senior Center Manager (my boss' boss) Rodney. I sit down and he small talks about how long I'd been with the company, How'd he's worked with my husband and father and how my uncle in cooperate hired him. (exciting I know) then he breaks into the whole reason why I'm there.. His answer was we needed to talk. As he says this I try and decide if I'm in trouble or if maybe by some stretch of imagination, I'm getting a promotion, or I got a recognition, or something... good. Was I wrong. Long story short I was told I was getting written up because I had Timmy, and my cousin Logan behind the counter eating lunch with me last weekend. Now in a normal place of business I would understand why it would be inapproperiate but I work where there is no breakroom I have the front customer area, our work area and a counter where we eat do paper work and Jason's desk. Very little room to do anything. Now I hardly see my husband and my cousin was leaving to Laredo, Tx. I took the call as to eat in fron and take up space where we could make money and have customers or eat Subway behind and stay out of the way.. Apparently, I should have eaten out front.

Back on track.

I was told I was getting written up because I had people behind the counter, and to top it off I had the bank deposit out while we were back there ( I left promptly after eating to deposit it at the bank, WITH Timmy and Logan who I ate lunch with.) which is a cash control problem. Which I understand and said I was in the wrong, but when I asked how I could fix having lunch with family and not be behind the counter I wasn't given any answer and the bottom line they came to was to leave and eat somewhere else.. which is impossible on a sunday since I am the only one working there...

Mind you all of this has happened BECAUSE, Jason lied to me telling me I was HELPING someone out and instead got setup, to get repremended. I make it a point not to lie, I do not like it when people lie to me, and to be lied to from a managment figure, someone I'm supposed to look up to, it made me sick. I left the store after the meeting to head up to my store in New Braunfels to work with Jason until the end of the night. Half way there I can't get it out of my head I feel sick from being lied to and I'm crying my eyes out, I called my mom and told her what had happened, my husband. I was distraut. My mom told me that it wasn't right and I was treated misfairly, and thats exactly how I felt.

So after talking to my mom, I felt a huge rush of relief as I called Rodney and told him my feelings on how everything was handled and my feelings on being lied to. I also told him that I would be unable to come in due to being emotionally unstable, and that I was putting in my two weeks notice.

I quit.

I threw in the cards, I didn't need to have that in my life. So with Fedex behind me, and a new page before me I look to the window and the door behind me closes. I'll get my final paycheck next friday and between now and then I'll be looking for a job at a daycare, or somewhere working with children. I've yet to start college, I never got to take my accuplacer. Expenses, and car troubles made it impossible for me to shell out cash for classes when we need it for transportation. So I figured I'll get some hands on trainging with kids, closer to home, and look to possibly going to school after we put Timmy though school. So Se La Vi... On to Bigger and Better Things, When one door is closed you're at least left with an open window.

A day a work

So basically my work day consists of me goofing off and sitting around a reading after 6 pm. I do a few things here and there til about 5:30 with our Fedex Driver picks up the packages, then NO ONE in the entire city of New Braunfels even glances at the store. It's kind of amusing. Timmy and I got into a fight tonight, not even a fight really I'd call it a tiff, I was joking with him but then he accused me of getting pissy BY getting pissy. I swear we argue over the stupidest things sometimes.. but I do love him to death. So I wrote up my resume today, I'm thinking of applying for a new job, maybe best buy or another retail store like that, closer to home. I'm getting really sick and tired of the drive up to New braunfels. Plus I'm scaring myself, I think I'm so bored with that long drive all by myself I'm either falling asleep or zoning out but I have to catch myself because I feel like I've dozed off.. then I roll the windows down and wake myself up. Anywho, there is a Best Buy five minutes from my house and I'm thinking I'm gonna try it out there.. if not oh well I still have my job now. I take my accuplacer tomorrow, I'm nervous. I'm also slightly afraid I'll just back out and say I'll do it some other time.. Sometimes I'm so afraid of commiting to things like that it amazes me that marriage doesnt phase me. O.o who knows. But back to being nervous, I think the last week or two i've been so stressed I've been getting a bit depressed, this morning I just felt horrible, I didnt want to smile I didnt want to do JACK! and normally; Mind you I'm FAR from peppy in the morning; but I didnt want anything to do with anyone. I guess it worries me a bit but by midafternoon I mellow out and roll on with my day.. you know its funny I've reallized MOST of the time that me and Timmy argue its because its over us not seeing eachother, like tonight it was because he didnt want to drive out to see me ther other day at work, it did hurt though. He got my hopes up saying he was going to and I called him to see where he was to find out he's having lunch with my cousin.. just kinda stabbed ya know. But I love him and I understand it is a bit of a drive I just wish he had the same kinda of thinking I do, I wish he loved me enough to drive that far just to see me... I would. well I'm off to check my facebook farm, it's so darn addicting.. Ü

A New Page

So tomorrow I go into to take the placement test to see what classes I'll be able to take in school. I'm so excited but so nervous at the same time. I feel like I've forgotten everything from high school and college is going to be this great big pool, and I just might drown. (This would be much simpler if I didn't know how to swim...) I'm not sure which other class I might take, I do know I'm pretty set on NOT wanting to be in the bottom English class. I'm guessing I'll find all of this out tomorrow. I'll be going to North West Vista for my first two years, I THINK I want to go into teaching, but it seems that everyone is telling me job market for it is slim to none. Well personally there really isn't a job market for ANYTHING now-a-days. So I guess I'll just trug along and see how this whole new adventure spins out for me. I plan on adding pictures so maybe other people can see how incredibly average my life is balancing between family, school, work and sleep.
